Maxwell AFB, AL (14 May 2024) – Colonel Johnny R. McGonigal, Director, Headquarters, United States Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AF JROTC), Maxwell Air Force Base, AL, recognized the Lewis County High School AF JROTC WV-941 Minutemen with the award of the Outstanding Organization Award (OOA) for Academic Year 2023-2024. This award recognizes the personal growth and accomplishments of the cadets, contributions of the instructors as mentors, and the support of the school and local community.
